How do I schedule an inspection?
After selecting a property, choose your preferred inspection date and time. FairNest will coordinate with the relevant housing partner and confirm availability via email or WhatsApp.
What happens after booking an inspection?
You’ll receive confirmation details via email or WhatsApp. FairNest may also follow up before and after inspection for coordination and feedback.
Do I pay rent through FairNest?
At the moment, rent payments are not processed through FairNest. Payment arrangements are handled directly with landlords or authorized housing partners.
Is inspection fee refundable?
Inspection fee policies depend on the inspection arrangement and will be communicated before payment is made.
